Ensuring Western Australia’s Training Growth
Education and Training Minister, Sue Ellery, understands that there has never been a more important time to solidify the future growth of the Western Australian economy.
“The WA Training Awards recognise the dedication, innovation and excellence of individuals and organisations. When we acknowledge and showcase success we promote continuous improvement” she says.
For Gino’s Panel and Paint to be nominated for ‘WA Employer of the Year’ alongside some reputable and large companies is a reflection of our dedication to quality staff recruitment and development and our continued commitment to investing in the future of our staff.
Director, Aaron Scagliotta, says “We believe our apprentice recruitment drive conducted in 2017 and the apprentice to tradesman volume in our business (currently thirteen male & female) set us apart from other businesses, and we are committed to devoting a percentage of our profits into training programs, which ensures all our staff have opportunity to progress their skills and improve”.
This nomination follows the recent honour of Gino’s being named MTA WA’s ‘Employer of the Year’!
