Gino’s Panel and Paint is extremely proud to be named a Finalist in the MTA WA Training Awards ‘Employer of the Year’ Award.
MTA WA Training Awards
The Awards recognise business owners, apprentices and pre-apprentices who excel. Being nominated for ‘Employer of the Year’ is a reflection of our dedication to quality staff recruitment and development, and our continued commitment to investing in the future of the automotive industry.
At Gino’s Panel and Paint we understand the substantial contribution that apprentices and trainees have to the future of our business. We are proud to be recognised as a leader in training and it is further acknowledgement that we meet the highest standards regarding our training program, workplace health and safety, and industrial relations.
Gino’s Panel and Paint Core Values
Gino’s Core Values incorporate the sense of responsibility we feel: We care about our employees, our customers, our community and our world. Our systems, process and actions reflect this.
Director, Aaron Scagliotta says “We believe our apprentice recruitment drive conducted in 2017 and the apprentice to tradesman volume in our business (currently eleven male & females) set us apart from other businesses, and we are committed to devoting a percentage of our profits into training programs, which ensures all our staff have opportunity to progress their skills and improve”.
The winner will be announced on the 22nd of March 2018 at The WA Automotive Industry Dinner with guest speaker Premier of Western Australia, the Hon Mark McGowan MLA.
